Els is a trend researcher and trend trainer with over 15 years of experience. She has worked at several research agencies and presented trends for a multitude of clients. At the Next Nature Academy, Els is a trainer and workshop developer.

She guides your organization and team in using speculative design methods and tools to imagine alternative futures. She loves to read, and she published several trend related books, such as ‘How to Research Trends (BIS Publishers, 2017).

As a guest lecturer she shares her trend expertise with students around the globe.
