Mathilde is a young design graduate from the Design Academy Eindhoven. At the 'Food non Food' department, she discovered her drive to create projects that focus on science and technology, landscapes and food. Filled with enthusiasm and a humorous approach, she develops future scenarios on how to eat, sleep and live in a more sustainable manner. To her, collaboration with experts outside the design field is essential; from scientist to farmers. However, her design team not only consists out of human colleagues, for example in the past she collaborated with yeasts, cows and robots.
